SWICFT Cardiology is an independent cardiology practice serving Southwest Florida with offices in Naples and Bonita Springs, Florida. James Talano, MD, MM, FACC, and the team of cardiologists and advanced practice clinicians care for adults with a range of cardiovascular needs.
Our care includes prevention, diagnostic testing, treatment, and ongoing management of conditions such as palpitations, high cholesterol, atrial fibrillation, coronary artery disease, and heart failure. Your care team works with you to understand your symptoms, address risk factors, and develop an individualized treatment plan.
Diagnostic services include stress echocardiography, SPECT and PET nuclear stress testing, vascular ultrasound, and other cardiovascular testing. Tests are selected according to your symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals. Learn about stress testing, including SPECT and PET.
